This means war.. InTouch Weekly said that bride to be, Kim Kardashian allegedly was involved with another pro athlete while she’s been involved with Kris Humphries. Kim said “This is absolutely not true,” “I have no idea who this person is.” Supposedly, the person is NFL star, Bret Lockett, who plays Safety for the New England Patriots. Lockett told InTouch Weekly that he & Kim were having an affair for five months while dating NBA player Kris Humphries.

Kim & her attorney, Dennis A. Roach have already taken legal actions to subdue & defuse the situation. They’ve written a letter to the magazine stating that “For the record, none of the facts…are accurate. immediately refrain from publishing, distributing or disseminating any factually untrue and unsubstantiated information. at a minimum, damaging, defamatory and an invasion of her (Kim) privacy.” If the magazine refuses to stand down, Kim may make it way more personal & sue the socks of the InTouch Weekly & Bret Lockett.

Afterwards, Kim went on her blog & stated: “I knew when I got engaged that rumors and false stories were going to start, but this is RIDICULOUS!!!!. This guy should be ashamed of himself. Calling up a magazine and making up an entirely fake story in a sad attempt to ruin my relationship!?!?! It’s just shameful and this guy should feel ashamed and humiliated. Is this your pathetic attempt for attention?
