Sneakerpedia is an online sneaker community in the making, and tonight was their launch party fly kicks / hip hop event. What better way to have a sneaker head / hip hop party then to throw it at whats becoming the Mecca of dope party spaces, Good Unit.

Complimentary appetizers and an open bar filled appetites and the anticipation of the night to come. Patrons of this event were given specific instructions to “wear you freshest sneakers” and show them out. DJ Clark Kent & DJ Greg Street were on the 1′s & 2′s while Mayor maestro-ed the evening. The whole ATF Crew was in the building.

Faces such as battle rapper Mysonne, Bobbito Garcia, Team Epiphany‘s Coltrane Curtis were all at the event to show love and support. Sneaker heads from all over came out for the launch party.

DJ Clark Kent even gave props & paid homage to his all time sneaker head idol “Frankie’s Home“, who is said to be & has an unlimited-uncanny collection of exclusive hard to find kix that no one none other than him will have, it was a great night… the true essence of hip hop & its culture was in the room tonight, at Good Unit.

Special performance by southern rapper, Bun B made the evening complete.
